Membership

There are several membership levels within AIMBI.Croce_Vessels

  • Professional Practising Member
A professional practising member is a person who earns the majority of their income from biomedical communication. This level is also the key to higher membership levels.
  • Affiliate Member
The base level is an “Affiliate” – person who is not professionally engaged in the field, but shares the goals and aspirations on the Institute.
  • Remote Member
A level of membership that encompasses both the professional practising member and the affiliate member was developed for people who are too far away to attend the usual meetings.
  • Student Member
Students who are currently enrolled in studies relating to biomedical or communication courses at a recognised institution can also join as Student members.
  • Corporate Member
Corporate membership is open to companies or corporate bodies with an interest in the ambitions and objectives of AIMBI.
