Conference registration form

The Harbourview Hotel in North Sydney, (http://viewhotels.com.au/northsydneyharbourviewhotel),  is where the conference will be held. Their rates for the Thursday are quite high ($325)  as they are a corporate hotel. There is a group rate for Friday night accomodation at $195.
